Lindsay Buono, M.A., Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, has a passion for creating a safe space for clients to come to feel known and accepted. As someone who wrestled with an eating disorder for over a decade, Lindsay is dedicated to helping other women with body image and self-esteem related issues.

She takes great joy in helping other women discover who they are and the beauty that has been given to them by God. She finds it a privilege to be able to come alongside clients to help them live fuller lives with greater self-awareness.

Lindsay graduated with a BA in Religion from Furman University and a MA in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary.

Lindsay is originally from Charlotte, NC and has lived in Florida for the past five years.

Lindsay loves a number of really important things--Jesus Christ, her fun-spirited husband, all things style, strong coffee, Nutella, and too many more to count.
