Jennifer Hoke

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, hopeless, or stuck in an unproductive cycle?  Everyone faces times of difficulty, whether it be relationship struggles, issues with self-worth, mental health concerns, challenges during life transitions, grief, and loss.

I consider it a tremendous honor and sacred privilege to partner with my clients as we navigate through life’s challenges.  My hope and vision are for each client to experience the healing power of relationship through the therapeutic process of counseling.  My goal is to come alongside each person and help them feel heard and understood, creating a compassionate, safe, and confidential space to experience a renewed sense of strength, clarity, peace, and hope as they journey toward wholeness.  I work with adolescents, adults, and couples with an attachment focus, offering practical tools to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship struggles.

Growing up in the Midwest, far from beaches and an abundance of sunshine, I was excited about the opportunity to move to Florida in 2006.  It has been a wonderful place to raise my three beautiful children.  We have enjoyed many adventures here, exploring the vast array of beaches and plentiful outdoor activities.  I enjoy various types of exercise, spending time with friends and family, sharing a good meal, listening to music, trying new venues, and traveling.
