Casey Coleman

Registered Mental Health Intern, IFS Informed Therapist

Counselor in Orlando

You have taken a very brave first step in knowing yourself more. This can be scary! I have been in your shoes as a client and know the courage it takes to ask for help. I would love to help you take further steps towards growth and healing in a safe and encouraging space because I believe that your story matters!

I specialize in working through a therapeutic model called Internal Family System (IFS). This model will help heal parts of you that are potentially harmful, liberate parts that carry heavy burdens, and celebrate a healthy internal system. The harmony of your internal world will increase your quality of life and decrease feelings of shame and unhealthy coping.

I specialize in working with young adult females who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, feelings of burnout, body image distortion, disordered eating, mother-daughter relationships, sexuality, and toxic spirituality.

I would be honored to witness your journey of self-discovery. I invite you on this journey towards mental clarity, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to yourself and others.

I am married to my best friend and have a 2.5-year-old daughter named Nora. I also love to creating and processing emotion through music whether that is songwriting or dancing.
