I feel honored to be invited to the healing journey of others. I have a strong passion to walk alongside individuals that are experiencing pain or shame in their lives. What a true blessing it is to witness transformation!
I believe every person is designed beautiful, yet complex. This means individuals may need help navigating themselves and their surroundings. I also believe the goal of counseling is to heal parts of individuals that are potentially harmful, liberate parts that were cast away, and celebrate a healthy internal system. This will lead to a life filled with peace and understanding. You can have that peace and understanding! The harmony of an internal system will increase your quality of life and decrease shame, unhealthy coping, and discomfort.
I have grappled with existential questions, explored my identity, and embraced my story through my own counseling process. I feel empowered by vulnerability and hope to help you feel this way too.
I have been married to my best friend, Phil Coleman, for 4.5 years and have a beautiful one-year-old daughter, Nora Rey
I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary.
