My passion is helping adolescent and young adult women in their journey of healing from the traumas of life; sexual assault, substance use, depression, anxiety, crisis, relational troubles, and family of origin struggles. I am EMDR trained and trauma focused, therefore I work through the lens of trauma and story work. As a previous teacher and college counselor, I have experience in and out of schools both teaching and counseling roles. Our relationships and experiences in youth shape much of how we connect today.

I’m a northern gal raising my two beautiful kids with my best friend and our silly dog, Daisy. A Virginia native, I am missing the mountains and changing seasons, but loving the sunny weather and beaches of Florida!
