Hi! I’m Lindsay, and I’m really glad you’re here. I know what it is like to feel alone without any hope that things will get better. After battling an eating disorder for over a decade and going through my own extensive therapy, I’ve been on a journey to help other women find freedom from body shame and food-related issues.
It is one of my life’s greatest joys to come alongside clients as they discover who they are and the beauty that has been given to them by God. It is an honor to walk with clients as they pursue greater self-awareness and self-compassion, specifically in the area of body shame and food issues.
While I am originally from Charlotte, NC, I’ve happily called Orlando my home since 2010 when I moved here after marrying my best friend, Scott. We are currently in the early stages of one of our greatest adventures together: parenting. While I have many hobbies and interests, they all pale in comparison to spending time with my husband and daughter. Simple and ordinary moments spent with my little family are a treasure to me.
I graduated with a BA in Religion from Furman University and an MA in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and am EMDR-trained. I delight in my clients and continually seek to learn and grow in my work.
